Lauren Dell, DVM

LaurenWithKristyI grew up in rural Poolesville, Maryland with cats, dogs, and horses. I studied Biology at The Coillege of William & Mary and earned my Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from The Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine at VA Tech in 1997. I spent the first eight years of my career in Virginia, primary working with dogs and cats and developing interests in nutrition, behavior, and geriatrics. I also learned feral cat medicine and management and volunteered as Medical Director for Meower Power, a feral cat management group. I moved to Cincinnati with my family in 2008. In 2015 I decided to distill everything I had learned in my prior positions to shape a practice devoted to cats. My daughters are now young adults. I currently have 2 horses and 3 cats. Becky – Client Services

Hi, I’m Dr. Dell’s daughter Becky. I started working at The Cat Vet of Hebron after school in 2019. I graduated from Conner High School in 2021. I’ve been surrounded by cats my whole life and currently have 3 at home. I love working as a receptionist here and getting to know clients. Their wonderful kitties always bring a smile to my face.

Helena

Hi! I’m Helena. I moved to Kentucky from Germany in 2009 with my family. I now have a cat, dog, 3 reptiles, and a horse who all keep me busy. I’ve always felt like my heart resides with felines though I connect with them the most. I even have a birthmark of a cat paw on my leg. There has always been a strong desire in me to work with and help animals. I plan on doing that for as long as possible. I’m looking forward to meeting you and your Kitties!

Abby – Veterinary Technician

Hi, my name is Abby. I work at the Cat Vet of Hebron as a veterinary technician. I graduated from Vet Tech Institute in Indianapolis, Indiana, and received a degree in Veterinary Technology in December 2019. I started working at the Cat Vet in February 2020. While growing up I had a deep love for animals, especially felines. This developed into seeking a career in the field of Veterinary Medicine so I could care for and provide an excellent level of support to all of your meowing companions. During my time here at the Cat Vet, I have learned something new every day. I thank you for providing me with the opportunity to care for and assist you in understanding the peculiarities of your feline friends.

Haley – Veterinary Technician

Hello! I grew up in Cincinnati and moved to Covington in 2020. I’ve always known I wanted to work with animals so I graduated from the tech program at UC Blue Ash in 2018. From there I spent almost 7 years working overnights as ER tech learning so much! I always had an extra passion for the felines. I have 6 cats of my own and a leopard gecko. I’m so excited to get to know you and your wonderful kitties!

Maggie, Receptionist

My name is Maggie. I grew up in Union, Ky on a small horse farm with multiple horses, chickens, cats, and dogs. I inherited my love and interest in animals from my mother. I volunteered during summers at the animal hospital where she worked as a Veterinary Technician. I enjoyed it and learned a lot from the experience.

I began working as a Veterinary Assistant in 2003. I currently live in Burlington, Ky with my husband, son, 2 dogs (Diddles and Betty) , and 2 cats (Frosty and Cleo).

I am looking forward to meeting all of the kitties and working with clients to help provide the best care for their furry family members!
